Job summary

Best Buy Ads/Retail Media Network is seeking a Manager of Sales Contracts to lead and support contracting efforts across internal teams and external customers. The role blends negotiation, process improvement, and cross-functional leadership to grow revenue in the Best Buy Ads ecosystem.

The position is hybrid, based at the Richfield, MN corporate office, with optional remote work on Fridays. You will mentor contracting professionals, respond to RFPs, and drive efficient contracting through the

Qualifications

3+ years of contracting experience (sales or procurement).
1+ years of Creative, Media, Ads, or Production marketing experience.
2+ years of project program experience.
Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Sales Contract Execution to enable revenue goals, including redlining, negotiations, execution, terminations, and renewals.
Change Management to influence contracting standards, reporting metrics, audits, and stakeholder engagement.
Respond to RFP requirements and other sales enablement processes.
Lead contracting professionals and model efficient contracting processes for customers/agencies.
Train Ads sales teams on correct contracting processes to close deals quickly.
Communicate clearly—written and oral—for best outcomes in the contract lifecycle.
