The Wellsville Group in Johnstown, PA is seeking a Sales Consultant to connect with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the sales process to create a home they love. You’ll learn the furniture business and be part of the Ashley Luxe launch, with opportunities to grow and exceed sales goals in a showroom setting.

Salary Range: $45,000.00 To $85,000.00 Annually

We’re adding to our team in Johnstown and looking for a Sales Consultant who knows how to make customers feel comfortable, listened to, and excited about their purchase. You don’t need to be an interior designer or a lifelong salesperson — you just need the confidence to connect with people, the drive to succeed, and a genuine interest in helping customers create a home they love.

And yes, there’s something exciting happening in the showroom, too. Ashley Luxe is making its debut, bringing an elevated collection of furniture and décor to our customers. You’ll have the opportunity to learn the collection, become a product expert, and help introduce it to the community — but your success will go far beyond one product line.
