The Wellsville Group in North Olmsted, OH is seeking a Sales Consultant for our showroom. You’ll help customers select furniture, guide them through the buying journey, and participate in Ashley Luxe launch initiatives to expand product knowledge.

No interior design degree required; we value people who listen, learn, and connect with customers to make homes they love. Great earning potential and benefits offered.

Salary Range: $35,000.00 To $65,000.00 Annually

We’re adding to our team in North Olmsted and looking for a Sales Consultant who knows how to make customers feel comfortable, listened to, and excited about their purchase. You don’t need to be an interior designer or a lifelong salesperson — you just need the confidence to connect with people, the drive to succeed, and a genuine interest in helping customers create a home they love.

And yes, there’s something exciting happening in the showroom, too. Ashley Luxe is making its debut, bringing an elevated collection of furniture and décor to our customers. You’ll have the opportunity to learn the collection, become a product expert, and help introduce it to the community — but your success will go far beyond one product line.
