Job summary

The Wellsville Group in Medina, OH is seeking a Sales Consultant who can connect with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the sales process to a confident purchase.

No interior design background required; training will be provided. Earn with uncapped commissions, incentives, and benefits as you help customers create homes they love and learn Ashley Luxe during its showroom debut.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but we’ll teach you the furniture business.
• Confident, personable, and comfortable talking to just about anyone.
• A competitive, self-motivated mindset.
• Someone who enjoys learning and isn’t afraid to ask questions.
• An appreciation for style, design, and creating a great customer experience.

Salary Range: $45,000.00 To $85,000.00 Annually

We’re adding to our team in Medinaand looking for a Sales Consultant who knows how to make customers feel comfortable, listened to, and excited about their purchase. You don’t need to be an interior designer or a lifelong salesperson — you just need the confidence to connect with people, the drive to succeed, and a genuine interest in helping customers create a home they love.

And yes, there’s something exciting happening in the showroom, too. Ashley Luxe is making its debut, bringing an elevated collection of furniture and décor to our customers. You’ll have the opportunity to learn the collection, become a product expert, and help introduce it to the community — but your success will go far beyond one product line.
