Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Manchester, CT to engage customers with a consultative sales approach and help them explore devices and services. You will participate in local community events, handle online orders, and reach out to customers through outbound calls to drive sales.

The role offers a 40-hour work week, weekday and weekend shifts, and uncapped commission potential with the opportunity to earn well above base salary based on performance.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules.
