Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in West Hartford, CT. On the sales floor you’ll use a consultative approach, guiding customers through options and helping them choose the best devices and services. You’ll join a team that thrives on helping people stay connected.

You’ll handle events, online orders, and outbound calls to current and prospective customers. The role offers a schedule 9am–9pm including weekends, with 40 hours per week and uncapped commission potential.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules announced 2 weeks in advance.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving tech and customer needs.
