AT&T is hiring for a Retail Sales Consultant in North Haven, CT. You will engage customers with a consultative approach, guiding them through device plans and services to meet their needs.

You’ll participate in events, process online orders, and reach out to customers as part of a dynamic team, with schedules that include weekends and 40 hours weekly. Prior retail experience helps, and training is provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• Filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll be a part of the community through events and schedule commitments including weekends.
