Job summary

Ashley Luxe is expanding its Amherst showroom and seeks a Sales Consultant who can make customers feel comfortable, listened to, and excited about their purchase. You don’t need to be an interior designer or a lifelong salesperson—you just need confidence to connect with people and drive to succeed.

You’ll learn the collection, become a product expert, and help introduce Ashley Luxe to the community while meeting sales goals and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but we’ll teach you the furniture business.
• Confident, personable, and comfortable talking to just about anyone.
• Competitive, self-motivated mindset.
• Eager to learn and ask questions.
• Appreciation for style and creating a great customer experience.

Responsibilities

Salary Range: $45,000.00 To $85,000.00 Annually

We’re adding to our team in Amherst team and looking for a Sales Consultant who knows how to make customers feel comfortable, listened to, and excited about their purchase. You don’t need to be an interior designer or a lifelong salesperson — you just need the confidence to connect with people, the drive to succeed, and a genuine interest in helping customers create a home they love.

And yes, there’s something exciting happening in the showroom, too. Ashley Luxe is making its debut, bringing an elevated collection of furniture and décor to our customers. You’ll have the opportunity to learn the collection, become a product expert, and help introduce it to the community — but your success will go far beyond one product line.
