You don’t need to be an interior designer or lifelong salesperson—just confident to connect, driven to succeed, and genuinely interested in helping customers create a home they love.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but we’ll teach you the furniture business
• Someone who is confident, personable, and comfortable talking to just about anyone
• A competitive, self-motivated mindset
• Someone who enjoys learning and isn’t afraid to ask questions
• An appreciation for style, design, and creating a great customer experience

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers and uncover what they’re looking for

Salary Range: $45,000.00 To $85,000.00 Annually

We’re growing our Sales Team in Henrietta and looking for a Sales Consultant to join one of our top-performing showrooms in the area.

We’re looking for someone who knows how to make customers feel comfortable, listened to, and excited about their purchase. You don’t need to be an interior designer or a lifelong salesperson — you just need the confidence to connect with people, the drive to succeed, and a genuine interest in helping customers create a home they love.

And yes, there’s something exciting happening in the showroom, too. Ashley Luxe is making its debut, bringing an elevated collection of furniture and décor to our customers. You’ll have the opportunity to learn the collection, become a product expert, and help introduce it to the community — but your success will go far beyond one product line.
