The Wellsville Group in Fairlawn, OH is seeking a Sales Consultant to connect with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the showroom experience. You don’t need to be an interior designer—just confident, personable, and motivated to help customers create a home they love.

You’ll learn our Ashley Luxe collection, become a product expert, and work toward individual and team sales goals while delivering outstanding service and building lasting relationships with customers.

Salary Range: $45,000.00 To $85,000.00 Annually

We’re adding to our team in Fairlawn and looking for a Sales Consultant who knows how to make customers feel comfortable, listened to, and excited about their purchase. You don’t need to be an interior designer or a lifelong salesperson — you just need the confidence to connect with people, the drive to succeed, and a genuine interest in helping customers create a home they love.

And yes, there’s something exciting happening in the showroom, too. Ashley Luxe is making its debut, bringing an elevated collection of furniture and décor to our customers. You’ll have the opportunity to learn the collection, become a product expert, and help introduce it to the community — but your success will go far beyond one product line.
