Respond to inquiries, design custom buildings via our 3D configurator, and manage a disciplined CRM-driven sales process while delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to delivery.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to walk sales lots and lift ~30 lbs.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive, prospecting mindset.
• Willingness to work full-time with commission-based compensation.
• Background check will be conducted before offer.

Responsibilities

• Respond to phone, web, and walk-in leads quickly and professionally.
• Conduct consultative discovery to understand customer needs and site requirements.
• Design custom buildings using our 3D configurator and provide accurate quotes.
• Manage a consistent sales pipeline within our CRM, ensuring disciplined follow-up.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the initial greeting through delivery coordination.
