International Diamond Center in Tampa, FL is seeking a personable Sales Consultant to deliver a personalized shopping experience for our jewelry clients. You will guide customers through their purchase journey, provide expert advice on diamonds, gemstones, and watches, and strive to meet individual and team sales goals.

This role requires weekend and holiday availability and offers benefits including PTO, medical/dental/vision, Life Insurance, and a 401K with company match.

Sales Consultant Job Summary

As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering a personalized and memorable shopping experience for our customers. You will use your expertise and enthusiasm to guide clients through their purchase journey, ensuring they find the perfect piece that meets their needs and exceeds their expectations.

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Provide expert advice on jewelry pieces, including diamonds, gemstones, and watches
• Build and maintain longlasting relationships with clients
• Achieve individual and team sales goals
• Stay updated on industry trends and new product offerings
• Ensure the showroom is visually appealing and wellorganized
• Previous retail sales consultant experience, preferably in the jewelry industry
• A genuine passion for jewelry and helping customers
• Strong problemsolving and interpersonal skills
• Detailoriented with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to multitask
• Selfstarter with solid time management skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• The Sales Consultant will be required to work weekends, holidays, and events.
