Job summary

Renewal by Andersen, the custom division of Andersen Windows, is seeking a Design Consultant to join our Chattanooga territory. This role conducts in-home sales presentations to help homeowners decide on window and door replacements in a single visit.

Compensation features an uncapped commission plan with average earnings reported between $100k and $200k, plus paid training, insurance, a 401(k), and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Have a valid Driver’s License (required).
• Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments daily (required).
• Ability to lift and carry 40–60 lbs of sample materials (required).
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad (required).
• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.

Responsibilities

• Design Consultants visit residential homes for pre-scheduled appointments and conduct sales presentations.
• Provide information to homeowners to enable same-day purchase decisions on window and door projects.
• Operate in a strong one-call close sales environment with no project management or follow-up required.

Role Description

While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! We're looking for motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in July 2026.

Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This is a strong one-call close sales role, with no project management or follow up required.
