Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Design Consultant in the Chattanooga area. You will attend pre-scheduled residential appointments and present options to homeowners, aiming for a same-day decision on replacement projects. This is a high-earning, commission-based role with paid training and mentorship.

Successful candidates will have 2+ years of sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel up to 2 hours daily. No project management or follow-up is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments daily.
• Ability to lift and carry 40–60 lbs. of sample materials.

Role Description

Join our next training class in July 2026. As a Design Consultant you will attend pre‑scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. You will provide homeowners with all the information needed to make a same‑day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This is a strong one‑call close sales role with no project management or follow‑up required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Full commission structure (uncapped) – earn $100,000 to $250,000+ annually
