Coastal Wildlife & Pest Services is looking for a motivated sales representative in Jacksonville, Florida. The role involves working with provided leads, conducting consultations, and closing service agreements. A background in sales, an entrepreneurial mindset, and strong communication skills are essential.

With base pay plus commission, first year earnings can realistically reach between $75,000 to $110,000. Candidates must complete a Culture Index survey as part of the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean criminal history are required.

• Must be self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability.

We're the dominant pest control and wildlife removal company in Northeast Florida. We've built the brand, the systems, and the reputation. Now we need a closer who knows how to work.

This is a hunter role. You'll work company-provided leads, do cold outreach, and build your own book through networking and referrals. You'll sell residential and commercial contracts for pest control, wildlife exclusion, and protection plans - recurring revenue that pays.

What You’ll Do

Compensation

• Base pay + uncapped commission
• Realistic 1st year earnings: $75,000-$110,000 for a motivated rep
