Job summary

Coastal Wildlife & Pest Services is seeking a results-driven closer to sell pest control, wildlife exclusion, and protection plans in Northeast Florida. You will work from company-provided leads and actively build a book of business through networking and referrals.

This hunter role emphasizes high activity, cold outreach, and in-home or commercial consultations to close service agreements. A valid driver’s license and clean background are required.

Now we need a closer who knows how to work.

This is a hunter role. You'll work company-provided leads, do cold outreach, and build your own book through networking and referrals. You'll sell residential and commercial contracts for pest control, wildlife exclusion, and protection plans - recurring revenue that pays.

Compensation

• Base pay + uncapped commission
• Realistic 1st year earnings: $75,000-$110,000 for a motivated rep
