All U Need Pest Control is recruiting for an Outside Sales Representative in Florida. The role offers base pay plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses, with a clear path for promotion within the company.

You will build relationships with homeowners, present pest control solutions, and close service agreements while earning a competitive income through commissions and bonuses. Training, scripts, and coaching are provided.

What You’ll Earn

Our top Outside Sales Reps consistently earn $65,000–$150,000+ per year through base pay, uncapped commissions, and performance bonuses.

Role

This is a performance‑driven role where your work ethic directly controls your income.

What You’ll Do

• Approach and speak directly with homeowners
• Introduce our professional pest control solutions
• Build trust and educate customers
• Create and close service agreements
• Help families protect their homes from pests

You’ll receive full training, sales scripts, product knowledge, and ongoing coaching to help you succeed—even if you’ve never done outside sales before.

Daily Responsibilities

Who We’re Looking For

You Do Need

• Valid driver’s license with 5+ years driving history
