Job summary

Cavender Auto Family is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team in Texas. You will greet customers, identify vehicle needs, and guide them through the sales process from selection to delivery, while presenting financing options and ensuring a smooth experience.

You will use CRM tools to track interactions, follow up to maintain satisfaction, and participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to grow your career within the Cavender family.

Qualifications

• Sales or Customer Service experience is preferred.
• Strong communications skills.
• Strong record of positive customer service results with customer focused attitude.
• High School Diploma/GED is required

Responsibilities

• Greet customers to identify their vehicle needs, and lead them through the sales process including vehicle selection, test drive, financing, and paperwork.
• Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new and used vehicles/cars.
• Use customer relationship management (CRM) tool to effectively track all customer interactions.
• Present customer deal structure and additional finance products.
• Follow up with customers and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Complete all ongoing training modules to keep abreast new vehicle products, features, accessories, etc.
• Arrange for delivery and registration of vehicle.
• Engage in business development, contacting prospects and clients via phone and email.
