Job summary

HOM Furniture is seeking a Professional Sales Consultant to provide world-class customer service and design guidance for home furnishings. You will engage customers, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualified candidates have 2+ years in customer service, prior big-ticket/commission sales, and strong verbal and written communication. Training and career growth are strongly emphasized, with flexible scheduling options after training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years exceptional customer service experience required.
• Big ticket top writer commission sales experience preferred (home furnishings, automotive, etc.).
• Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred per description.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class customer experiences and help customers design home furnishings solutions.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to store success.
• Maintain price cards and assist with light store upkeep.
• Assist with training and mentoring new team members as part of career growth.
