Hom Furniture is seeking a Sales Professional/Design Associate to deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive sales in our Minnesota stores. A strong focus on relationship-building and design solutions helps customers furnish their homes.

Base compensation includes guaranteed hourly pay with commissions; flexible scheduling and robust benefits support full-time or part-time positions in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be working towards or have a high school diploma or GED; 2- or 4-year college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years exceptional customer service experience required.
• Big-ticket top writer commission sales experience preferred (home furnishings, automotive, appliances, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Provide world class customer service and build trust with customers.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and deliver design solutions.
