HOM Furniture is hiring a Professional Sales Consultant to deliver world-class customer experiences and drive sales in our Minnesota stores. You will participate in extensive product training and apply a customer-focused sales approach to tailor home furnishing solutions.

Compensation includes base pay plus commission, with opportunities for career growth and paid training. Flexible scheduling is offered after training, including full-time, modified full-time, and part-time options to balance

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years exceptional customer service experience required.
• Big ticket top writer commission sales experience preferred (home furnishings, automotive, RVs, appliances, etc).

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer care and build relationships with customers.
• Receive thorough product training and learn our sales solution approach.
• Contribute to achieving sales goals and support order processing and delivery.
