HOM Furniture is seeking driven Sales Professionals/Design Associates to join our Minnesota store team. You will focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, understanding needs, and crafting ideal home furnishing solutions.

Top performers can earn over $80,000 per year with a guaranteed $20-24 per hour against commissions and immediate bonus opportunities. We offer flexible scheduling after training and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be working towards or have a high school diploma or GED, 2 year or 4 year college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years exceptional customer service experience required.
• Big ticket top writer commission sales experience preferred (home furnishings, automotive, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Provide world class customer experiences and build relationships with trust and rapport.
• Listen attentively, ask the right questions, and deliver the perfect design solution for home furnishings.
• Maintain price cards and perform light cleaning in assigned areas.
