Job summary

Heiser Chevrolet in West Allis is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team. You will work with the Sales Managers and Finance Managers to sell new and pre-owned vehicles, present vehicles to customers, arrange test drives, and respond to sales questions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous Sales experience preferred.
• Previous Automotive knowledge preferred.
• Valid and clean WI driver's license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Evenings and Saturdays availability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player and able to work independently.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and pre-owned vehicles and services.
• Attend all virtual and in-person training.
• Knowledgeable about all vehicles offered for sale.
• Maintain at least zone average CSI.
• Inspect, prepare, and present vehicles to customers.
• Arrange test drives when needed.
• Provide buying advice and address questions.
• Work with customers and Sales Team to close purchases.
• Prepare and complete all necessary purchase documents.

Overview of Position

Heiser Chevrolet in West Allis has an immediate opening for a Sales Consultant. We are seeking a professional individual, preferably with sales experience, who demonstrates strong customer service skills, is detail oriented, and who is a self-starter and team player capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Sales Consultants work with our Sales Managers and Finance Managers to sell new and pre-owned vehicles. They are responsible for inspecting, preparing, and presenting vehicles to customers; arranging test drives, providing advice and answering sales related questions, and working with customers and the Sales Team to make successful sales.
