Summary

As a Sales Consultant at M&G Trailer on 55 in Buffalo, you will work directly with customers to provide them with the products they need while delivering a high standard of customer service and achieving sales goals. Candidates must be ready for a fun, fast paced environment and be willing to work indoors and outdoors in all types of weather. Key Responsibilities

• Handles a large volume of incoming calls and walk-ins
• Demonstrates knowledge of trailer brands and current inventory with customers
• Utilizes a CRM to track prospects and conduct follow-up customer calls
• Responds to customer inquiries promptly
• Reach and exceed monthly sales goals
• Additional job duties as assigned
• Captures pictures of trailers upon arrival
• Manages posting of inventory on Facebook Marketplace to generate leads
