Summary

We are seeking energetic and friendly candidates to fill a full-time Parts and Service Associate position immediately. This role involves working 40 hours per week, Monday through Saturday, with one day off each week. We are closed on Sundays.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating purchase orders and ordering parts as needed
• Receiving purchase orders and stocking shelves
• Assisting customers with parts, service, and rentals
• Ensuring correct costs and parts in LightSpeed POS software
• Creating vendor returns as needed
• Assisting with warranty processes
• Maintaining a clean parts area
• Creating service estimates and repair orders
• Assisting service technicians with repair order parts
• Conducting monthly and yearly inventory

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Ability to lift 25lbs
• Basic computer skills
• Forklift/skid steer experience is a plus
• Retail or inventory control experience is strongly preferred
• Mechanically inclined individuals are encouraged to apply
