Responsibilities

• Learn Unum’s business environment to support acquisition and retention of new customers.
• Develop knowledge of Unum’s product portfolio and how to position sales solutions to brokers and clients.
• Build relationships with brokers in assigned territory and/or for assigned product.
• Assist in enrollment for new and existing customers.
• Build a pipeline of opportunities to sell and support new customer acquisition in the small case market.
• Understand negotiation and pricing with Quote Unum and Underwriting.
