Work hours to be determined based on the needs of the business. Extended hours and weekends may be required to meet business needs.**Competencies**Must have a proven track record in sales. Individual is highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities. Must have strong verbal and written communications. Must have an outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. Has good presentation and public speaking skills. Individual is highly motivated, flexible, and has positive attitude.**Education and Experience**Requires a valid driver’s license. Requires a high school diploma and/or equivalent. Minimum 1-2 years of prior HVAC sales experience.**Work Environment**Standard office environment.**Physical Demands**Frequently works in outside weather conditions. May be exposed to uncomfortable temperatures and/or conditions. Occasionally exposed to wet, snow, hot, and humid conditions. Subject to dark confined workspaces such as crawl spaces and attics.**Supervisory Responsibility**None.
