Job DescriptionPosition: Sales Rep Reports To: Sales ManagerPurposeThe Sales Rep is responsible developing client relationships and generating HVAC sales in their designated territory.Essential Job FunctionsE Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.E Develop key client relationships, negotiate and close deals.E Create sales proposals that are accurate and complete; ones that can be easily transferred to the installation team.E Create confident buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing.E Get potential customers excited about our company and encourage good word of mouth marketing.E Become an expert of our market area and know the customer needs.E Help set aggressive sales plans and propose expansions.E Track all sales and submit sales reports at the end of each pay period.N Other duties as assigned.Work HoursThis is an exempt position. Work hours to be determined based on the needs of the business. Extended hours and weekends may be required to meet business needs.CompetenciesMust have a proven track record in sales.
