Job summary

Brennan Heating in Lynnwood, WA is seeking a Sales Rep to develop client relationships and generate HVAC sales within a defined territory. The role reports to the Sales Manager and offers an exempt, full-time position with potential commissions.

The candidate should have proven sales abilities, be highly organized, and capable of effective communication and presentation in a fast-paced environment. Travel within designated counties may be required.

Qualifications

• HVAC sales experience preferred (1–2 years).
• Valid driver's license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
• Develop key client relationships, negotiate and close deals.
• Create sales proposals that are accurate and complete; ones that can be easily transferred to the installation team.
• Provide complete and accurate information about our products and pricing to create confident buyers.
• Encourage word-of-mouth marketing and enthusiasm for our company.
• Become an expert in the market area and understand customer needs.
• Help set aggressive sales plans and propose expansions.
• Track all sales and submit sales reports at the end of each pay period.
• Other duties as assigned.
