Job summary

Casco Bay Ford is a rapidly expanding Ford dealership seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team in Maine. You will deliver exceptional customer service and drive a high-income opportunity with compensation potential of $75,000+.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering questions about vehicles and financing, arranging test drives, guiding purchase options, and ensuring vehicles on display are well cared for. A background in sales/Leasing and a valid license are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers professionally on the sales lot.
• Explain vehicle features and financing options.
• Facilitate test drives and explain technical details and legal/financial requirements.
• Guide customers through financing and purchase options based on their situation.
• Persuade customers to buy a vehicle while ensuring satisfaction.
• Keep display vehicles clean and presentable.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Summary:

You will be responsible for going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service and care to our customers. This is a high-income opportunity with a compensation potential $75000+

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Meeting and greeting customers who enter the sales lot or dealership in a welcoming and helpful way

• Answering general and detailed questions about particular vehicles and the financial aspects of buying them

• Helping customers become familiar with the cars they’re interested in by offering test drives and explaining technical details and specific legal or financial requirements

• Helping customers sort out and process their financing and purchase options based on their specific situation

• Persuading customers to buy a vehicle in a way that leaves them feeling good about their choice

• Making sure the cars on display are in good order and well cared for

• Performs other related duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communications skills

• Proficient with computer diagnostic equipment and software

Job Requirements:

• Sales & Leasing professionals are required to have a valid driver's license in good standing

• A background check will also be performed prior to starting work with us

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Sales, vocational or technical school training preferred but not required

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting/standing and working on a computer

• Must be able to work safely in a noisy area with many odors present
