Mattress Warehouse is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to join our team in Wooster, OH. You will help customers select premium mattresses using our bedMATCH diagnostic tool, guiding them through an educational, low-pressure shopping experience.

You’ll be part of a large, growing retailer with a strong focus on service, including evenings and weekends. The role offers competitive compensation with bonus potential and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends (4–5 days per week, 40–55 hours).
• Bilingual ability in English and Spanish or other languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Confidently sell mattresses using bedMATCH system to guide customers to the right product based on needs.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience that improves customers’ lives through sleep solutions.
• Assist customers with loading mattress purchases and keep showroom floor stocked and organized.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants to assist us in our continuing quest to provide exceptional service to our customers. With over 520 store locations and growing, we are a leader in the mattress industry for over 35 years and a family‑owned and operated company. You will confidently sell our premium mattress and bedding products using our proven selling process and cutting‑edge diagnostic sleep system bedMatch.

Preferred Qualifications

• Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends (4–5 days per week, 40–55 hours).
• Bilingual ability in English and Spanish or other languages is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading mattress purchases.
• Provide a relaxed, low‑pressure, educational shopping experience that improves customers’ lives through sleep solutions.
• Experience with tablets, mobile POS, and our exclusive bedMatch system.
• Team‑oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm.
• Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.
