Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is hiring Retail Sales Consultants to help customers select premium mattress and bedding solutions using bedMatch. You will engage with shoppers, demonstrate features, and guide them through the buying process in a high-energy, team-oriented environment.

The role involves a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for bonuses and a strong benefits package. Prior experience with tablets and POS systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends (4–5 days per week, 40–55 hours).
• Bilingual ability in English and Spanish or other languages is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset showroom floor, and assist customers with loading mattress purchases.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure educational shopping experience that improves customers’ lives through sleep solutions.
• Experience with tablets, mobile POS, and our exclusive bedMatch system.
• Team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm.
• Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattresses and bedding products using our proven selling process and bedMatch.
• Assist customers to identify their needs and provide educational guidance on sleep solutions.
• Handle showroom setup, product demonstrations, and loading purchases as needed.
