Maximize Potential, a leadership coaching and training company, is seeking a driven and people-focused sales consultant to help us grow our impact. We specialize in strengths-based coaching, team development, and leadership training programs designed to elevate individuals and organizations.

This role is for you if you:

• Thrive on building relationships and closing deals
• Understand the value of coaching, leadership development, and employee engagement
• Are confident reaching out to executives, HR leaders, and business owners
• Want to help leaders and teams break through limitations and achieve meaningful results

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage prospective clients across industries
• Conduct discovery calls and present our coaching/training offerings
• Develop and manage a pipeline of warm leads and referrals
• Create outreach strategies (email, social, networking) that align with our brand
• Collaborate with our CEO to shape customized proposals and solutions

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with coaching, consulting, or leadership training is a plus
• Familiarity with CliftonStrengths
• Self-motivated and results-driven
