Latitude is hiring an Entry-Level Sales Consultant to join a fast-growing team helping homeowners keep their homes safe with roofing and construction solutions. Qualifications

• Digital proficiency, including CRM tools, scheduling apps, and digital contract platforms
• Strong communication and people skills
• Motivation, coachability, and consistency
• Confidence speaking with customers face-to-face or one-on-one
• A mindset focused on earning, learning, and building a long-term career
• Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site/in the field as needed
• Prior experience in sales consultant, sales closing, customer-facing, customer service, sales, solar, roofing, hospitality, retail, or athletics is helpful, but not required

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers and provide information on roofing and home improvement options
• Educate customers on the benefits and help them understand the next steps
• Set and confirm appointments based on customer interest and qualifications
• Maintain a professional, respectful, and customer-first approach at all times

• Keep updated customer information in our CRM system
