Job summary

Quick Roofing in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Roofing Sales Consultant to work in the field, inspecting roofs, guiding homeowners through insurance claims, and closing sales with a supportive team behind you.

You’ll generate new business through canvassing, target storm-affected neighborhoods, and coordinate with project managers to schedule work; top performers earn $100,000–$250,000+ annually.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in roofing, construction, or related industries preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confident in public speaking and presentations.
• Proven sales track record preferred.
• Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing as a daily requirement.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and competitive drive.
• Outdoor work and ability to climb ladders for roof inspections.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing (required).
