Job summary

Quick Roofing in the Kansas City area is seeking a Roofing Sales Consultant to generate new business, perform roof inspections, and guide homeowners through insurance claims.

You’ll work in the field, educate homeowners on options, prepare proposals, and close sales with support from a nationwide team. Training pay and a 1099 commission plan are offered.

Top performers can earn $100,000–$250,000+ annually; valid driver's license and ability to work outdoors required.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in roofing, construction, or related industries (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confidence in public speaking and presentations.
• Proven track record in sales (preferred).
• Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing as a daily requirement.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and competitive drive.
• Comfortable working outdoors and ability to climb ladders for roof inspections.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing (required).
