Ed Morse Automotive Group is hiring a Sales Consultant to help customers select vehicles that fit their needs and budget. You will prospect, contact, and close sales while maintaining high service standards and product knowledge.

The role emphasizes meeting sales targets, following the Ed Morse selling steps, and delivering excellent customer experiences across our multi-brand network.

We are currently seeking a Sales Consultant to join our Ed Morse team.

Responsibilities

• Consulting with customers to find a vehicle to fit their specific wants and needs.
  
• Prospect and contact potential customers
  
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
  
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
  
• Gain a working knowledge of the product line
  
• Attend training offered by the Ed Morse Automotive Group
  
• The professional completion of all sales related paperwork
  
• Following the Ed Morse “Steps to the Sale” to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have previous Sales experience
  
• Steady work history and strong desire to succeed
  
• Basic MS Office knowledge and internet proficiency
  
• Professional appearance and demeanor
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and follow through skills
  
• A strong work ethic with a willingness to learn
  
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean record
  
• Successfully complete a background and drug screening
