Ideal candidates will have prior sales experience, a professional appearance, strong communication, and a clean driving record. Background and drug screening are required to ensure safety and integrity in the sales process.

Qualifications

• Must have previous sales experience.
• Steady work history and strong desire to succeed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and follow-through skills.
• A strong work ethic with a willingness to learn.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean record.

• Gain a working knowledge of theproduct line
• Attend training offered by theEd Morse Automotive Group
• The professional completion of all sales related paperwork
• Following the Ed Morse “Steps to the Sale” to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
