Ed Morse Automotive Group in Brandon, FL, seeks a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our expanding automotive group. This role offers a path to growth within a family-oriented company that spans multiple states and over 60 locations, representing 40+ brands.

As a Sales Consultant, you will engage customers, build relationships, and work toward sales targets while following our structured sale process and attending ongoing training. A valid driver’s license and drug screening are required.

Qualifications

• Must have previous Sales experience.
• Steady work history and strong desire to succeed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean record.
• Successfully complete a background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to find a vehicle to fit their wants and needs.
• Prospect and contact potential customers.
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments.
• Gain a working knowledge of the product line.
• Attend training offered by the Ed Morse Automotive Group.
• Complete the professional completion of all sales related paperwork.
• Follow the Ed Morse “Steps to the Sale” to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
