Job summary

Raider Flooring Kitchen • Bath • Flooring is growing and we’re seeking a motivated salesperson to join our team as we prepare to open a new showroom in Lubbock, Texas. This is not a high-pressure role; you will listen, educate customers, build value, follow up, and close the sale.

You’ll sell flooring, cabinets, countertops, kitchen & bath remodeling, and other interior projects with a guaranteed base salary plus uncapped gross-profit commission. PAY: $24,000.

• Strong sales experience and ability to listen, educate customers, build value and close sales.
• Excellent communication skills to educate customers and present options.
• Proactive follow-up and customer relationship management.

Performers can realistically earn $75,000–$150,000+ per year.
