Role Description

The Sales Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based at our Jackson, Tennessee location. This role involves greeting prospective customers, understanding their travel and lifestyle needs, and guiding them through RV options, features, pricing, and financing. The Sales Consultant will conduct product demonstrations, follow up with leads, maintain accurate records in the sales system, and support the entire sales process from initial contact through closing. Daily responsibilities also include collaborating with teammates, coordinating with service and finance staff, and ensuring a positive, professional experience for every visitor to the dealership.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate RV solutions.


• Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to create a positive buying experience and foster repeat business.


• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to explain product features, pricing, and financing options clearly and confidently.


• Previous experience in retail sales, automotive or RV sales, or related fields is beneficial.


• Ability to work on-site, including evenings and weekends as needed, and maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.


• Basic proficiency with computers and CRM or sales software is preferred.


• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in sales or business is a plus.


• Valid driver’s license and ability to safely move RV units on the lot as needed.
