Tom Wood Group is seeking a Sales Consultant to join its Indianapolis-area sales floor. You will greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the vehicle buying journey with a customer-first approach. You’ll present financing options, test drives, and trade-ins, and close deals with professionalism.

Ongoing training supports product knowledge and growth within the team. Ideal candidates are friendly, motivated, and skilled communicators who can work evenings and weekends.

• Present financing options, trade-in values, and close deals with confidence and professionalism
• Stay sharp on vehicle models, trims, and features with ongoing training (we invest in you)
• Handle paperwork accurately and ensure every deal is clean, compliant, and customer-approve
• Build long-term relationships with your customers — they’ll come back to you because you earned their trust
• Collaborate with finance, service, and fellow sales team members to give every customerseamless experience
