Job summary

Hoover Toyota in Hoover, AL is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to join Hudson Automotive Group’s growing team. Open to closing shifts, you will help customers navigate the sales process and provide a best-in-class experience.

We offer top compensation up to $100K+ annually, a 5-day workweek (rotating Saturdays), ongoing Hudson Academy development, and benefits including PTO, medical/dental/vision, life insurance, a 401k, and employee discounts on vehicles and services.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
• Track record of automotive sales performance is preferred.
• Experience delivering world-class customer experiences in a high-volume retail environment.
