Honolulu Volkswagen, part of Lithia & Driveway, is seeking an experienced Sales Professional to guide customers through their vehicle purchase. You will present vehicle attributes, model options, financing options, and store policies, while maintaining strong relationships and timely follow-up.

Requirements include 2+ years in sales, excellent communication, organizational skills, self-motivation, and a valid driver's license.

• Schedule: Full Time

What You’ll Do

• Interact and consult with customers to guide them through their vehicle purchase

• Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options and store policies and services to customers.

• Ensure timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers.

• Track customers using store specific management system/s.

• Keep abreast of new products, features and accessories. Attend product and training courses.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in sales, 2+ years.

Total Rewards

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commissions off Individual Payable Gross and Bonuses based on Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability

The average wage range for this position is $5,500-$12,000 Monthly

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
