What You'll Be Doing

As a Sales Consultant, you'll help customers navigate the vehicle-buying process and create an experience that keeps them coming back.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Welcome customers and learn about their vehicle needs, preferences, and budget.
• Showcase new and pre-owned vehicles and explain their features and benefits.
• Build relationships with customers and provide attentive, professional service.
• Follow up with prospective buyers and maintain customer relationships.
• Learn about Ford vehicles, new technology, product updates, and available accessories.
• Work toward individual and dealership sales goals.
• Complete sales paperwork and maintain accurate customer records.
• Stay current on dealership procedures and applicable automotive sales regulations.
• Attend training sessions and team meetings to continue developing your skills.
• Maintain a professional appearance and help keep the dealership and vehicle lot presentable.
• Work with fellow team members and management to deliver an excellent customer experience.
