Subaru Concord in Concord, NC is currently hiring for motivated and driven Automotive Sales Consultants to join our elite Sales Team. Our management team is hands-on and committed to your success.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive sales experience is not required.
• Transferable sales experience from other sectors is welcome.
• Ability to present products and close sales.
• Must be driven with a positive attitude.
• Valid and clean driver’s license.
• Upload resume and apply online.
• Must pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to identify their vehicle needs, locate the right vehicle, and ensure a great car-buying experience.
• Review the features and benefits of the vehicle with the customer.
• Negotiate and finalize the sale.
• Prospect for new customers and follow up with sold and unsold customers.
• Learn about our products and stay knowledgeable for customers.

Responsibilities - Sales Consultant:

• Engage with customers to identify their vehicle needs, locate the right vehicle, and ensure that every customer has the best car buying experience ever.
• Reviewing the features and benefits of the vehicle with the customer
• Negotiating and finishing the transaction
• Prospecting for new customers
• Following up with sold and unsold customers
• Learning about our products

Requirements - Sales Consultant:

• Prior automotive sales experience is not necessary. Great salespeople have come from different backgrounds: Industrial or manufacturing sales, retail sales, insurance sales, or rental car associates, to name a few. We will train the right candidates for the exciting field of auto sales!
