Job summary

Group 1 Automotive, Inc. is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to join our Harvey, LA team. You will demonstrate vehicles, conduct test drives, and compare models while building lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities include prospecting for new customers, maintaining high CSI scores, and following up to drive referrals. A professional, self-motivated individual with strong product knowledge will thrive in this commission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience (automotive industry is a plus).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong desire to succeed in a commission-driven, performance-based environment.
• Positive attitude with a high-energy personality.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening.
