Bruegge and Co in East Peoria, IL is hiring a Sales Consultant with uncapped earning potential. This role rewards high performance in a fast-paced, commission-based environment across Ashley Home Store tradition.

You will build relationships, guide customers through products, manage a personal client book, and contribute to a team focused on exceeding sales goals. We offer a 5-day schedule, PTO, retirement match, health benefits, and a $5k education stipend plus employee discounts.
