Job summary

Feet First Partners is seeking motivated Sales Associates (Arch Support Specialists) to help customers find personalized arch support solutions and to deliver an exceptional in-store experience.

You will conduct personalized assessments, match products, and ensure accurate fittings while pursuing sales targets and participating in ongoing training to grow within a brand-leading retailer.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum retail experience with commission-based sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Weekend availability required.

Compensation And Benefits

• Total expected annual earnings: $60,000–$80,000; based on $20–23/hour plus uncapped commission

We Offer Excellent Retail Hours

9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Saturday; 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. on Sundays

Requirements

Job Specifications:

• 1-year minimum retail experience: commission-based/quota-driven and consultative sales experience required
• Excellent communication (verbal, written) and interpersonal skills (positive, approachable, and empathetic)
• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping people
• Weekends required (both Saturday and Sunday - our busiest days!)

Physical Requirements

• Must be comfortable being on your feet for extended periods of time, bending, kneeling, lifting up to 30 lbs, and using ladders or step stools.
