Job summary

The Good Feet Store is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant (Arch Support Specialist) to help clients with personalized arch support solutions and product fittings. You’ll build lasting relationships, educate customers on benefits, and drive store performance in a fast-paced retail environment.

This full-time role emphasizes ongoing product training, strong customer service, and achieving KPIs while supporting customers’ mobility and comfort.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum retail experience: commission-based/quota-driven and consultative sales experience required.
• Excellent communication (verbal, written) and interpersonal skills (positive, approachable, and empathetic)
• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping people
• Weekends required (both Saturday and Sunday - our busiest days!)

The Good Feet Store sells arch support solutions and products tailored to our clients’ individual needs. Our Sales Consultants play an Impactful role in educating clients on the benefits of proper arch support and recommending suitable products.

Feet First Partners is a franchisee of The Good Feet Store, a 300+ nationwide store franchise.

What You’ll Do:

Compensation:

• Full-time associates: Expected annual earnings of $60,000–$80,000, including a base pay of $20–$23 per hour plus uncapped commission.
• Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
• Paid sales training and certification
• Benefits are available for full-time employees

We Offer Excellent Retail Hours:

9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Saturday; 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. on Sundays
